NDE Supervisor

Job Title: NDE Supervisor

Experience: 10 years as NDE Level II/ Experience in Similar position is desirable.

Special Abilities: NDE Level II (UT, PT, MPI, RT/RTFI). PCN certification in these NDE methods will be added advantage.

Job Description

• Interpret the drawings and determine the NDE requirements as per code.

• Supervise & when required perform all the NDE activities (RTFI, UT, PT, MPI) in FBM Hudson FZE premises.

• Coordinate with sub-contractors for performing RT, TOFD, UT PAUT (including preparation of calibration / validation blocks.

• Coordinate with FBM Hudson FZE appointed NDE Level III for NDE personnel Qualification & continuity(including visual acuity test) updating/development of NDE procedures.

• Maintaining the qualification records of NDE subcontractors and review of ASME AI and FBM Hudson NDE level III.

• Represent FBM Hudson FZE in ASME Audit and various clients Audit.

• Maintain/renew the calibration of NDE equipment’s and maintain stock of NDE consumables (including probes) for performing the NDE in-house & raise material requisition.
