Job Title: QC Inspector (& Trainee QC Inspector)

Education / Qualification: Post-Graduate/ Graduate/ Diploma Engineer.

Experience: 1 Year (min) as QC Inspector in Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers fabrication field, (Fresher for Trainee QC Inspector).

Additional Qualification: NDE Level II (non-mandatory), AWS CWI, or CWSIP (non-mandatory)

Job Description

Perform receiving material inspection of all the project-related materials with respect to the project & ASME requirements.
Inspect components and parts at different stages of fabrication through to final inspection in accordance with drawings, ITP, and written procedures and complete and maintain the inspection records for the same.
Plan and offer various stages of inspection during fabrication/ construction to an authorized inspector and client representatives as required by approved ITP.
Report any non-conformances noted during the fabrication and hold further activities until further resolution by QA/QC Manager.
Responsible for the acceptance of all stages of fabrication.
Any other responsibilities and duties directed by the QA/QC Manager.
Trainee QC inspector shall be trained under QC Inspector QA/QC Engineer for the above duties and responsibilities.
